It is correct the the bird remains in one piece when spatchocked BUT If you had listened closely you would have herd me say the "I like to cut the birds in have to make them easier to handle on the grill" SO SUK IT AND DO YOU OW DAMN VIDEOS,

Thanks so much for this video. Never spatchcocked before so this was a real help. There's a lot more better produced videos out there explaining how to do this, but most of their angles aren't as good or clear as this especially for removing the keel bone. Simple, concise, straightforward and to the point! Thanks again!
