    I agree with katierose He's saying "she had a bad day AGAIN!" She is unhappy perhaps with him and no one has a bad day over spilled coffee. She uses little things as excuses so when he asks her "Whats wrong now?" she simply says "Nothing I had a bad day"

    No, I don't think so. I think all of the girl's footage plus the song's lyrics are supposed to be about how she's unhappy with the singer, and using her "bad day" as a reason for why she's currently unhappy. (Maybe she's not sure how to leave him? Or still considering it?) My thoughts, anyway! :)
