I was born in Middle East & I was 6 yrs old, I went to the store to buy eggs with our neighbor's daughter she was 12yrs old & it happened to me 4 times old men touched me in public & I ran home crying & I was so afraid but I never told anyone & those men were in their mid 50's or 60's...If I didn't run away from them who know's they would have molested me or raped me. I was so mad, Other men saw & smiled , no one said or did anything. How can they do this shit to children. May they burn in hell.

I was attacked even I was wearing hijab covered my chest and loose cloths covered my hip. For men who claimed himself "muslim" please back to read Surah Un-Nur " Say to believing men that they should lower their gaze and guard modesty......." And I believe men in egypt would really understand quran because their tongue language is the same as in quran .

It's not women's fault. It's faults of men who can't lower their gaze even God command to.

Western women started the movement to change the mentality of society and expected men would be reasonable when they realized they were wrong but the US has a high rate of rape & porn is one of the largest industries. Men did not change their attitude - in fact it got a lot worse. Degrading women is considered comedy now. Anti feminist hate propaganda is all though US society. Don't ASK men to treat you right. Have a strategy to buy your rights & freedom. Get educated, get money, boycott bad men

It's naive to think that men don't know what they are doing is wrong or that they change with education. They do it because they have the power to get away with it. All over the world men abuse power & damage their spirit. Corruption is the curse of privilege & power. Women need just a few laws so they can get education, jobs & stay single if they can't find a decent man. Develop your sister friends for support to keep loneliness away. I'm so proud of women who reject male supremacists.

The penalty for all the harassment of women all over the world is that as women gain in education and work and money they will choose to not have a man in their lives. This is a growing trend. More men than women now want to marry in the UK and the US. It's true. Men have been their own worst enemies and time out is rising where they are alone and it's their own fault. Very few good men stand up for women and women prefer to be alone than with a male supremacist of course.

Harassment is not a new disturbing trend as the interviewer says. It's always been there. I was in the middle east covered head to toe in loose clothes you couldn't see through. I dressed similar to the burkha without a headdress but I tied my hair back. This was nearly 30 years ago and I got plenty of harassment. But women speaking up against it IS a new trend & it's fantastic. Absolutely fantastic. Men will always blame women for their own harassment because men disrespect their conscience.

there is no such thing as a true man. there are males that exist in reality, and they're all pigs. that's how it's always been. and it turns out hijabs and burkas makes pigs worse. it has nothing to do with women or their clothes. men act like animals wherever they can get away with it.
