Im using a chemical stripper to remove the clear coat from my Airstream trailer. I found out the hard way that this is what needs to be done in order to polish.

  • WOW.... spraying off all those chemicals......right into the grass.....sigh.. :(

  • @nbkcq28 he wants to polish the aluminum. In order to do that you have to remove the clearcoat to get to the aluminum. He can clearcoat it back afterwards

  • Why does someone want to wash off the clearcoat?  Doesn't it help protect? Just curious.
