Waste Management's new recycle trucks equipped with the M/ASL (manual automated side loader) designed to pick up the blue carts. Neat!

  • which state is it in????

  • @saahilshori in Racine, Wisconsin.

  • Hmm.. I will have to figure out what model it is. It has a little grapple arm for the recycle bins, that is the only thing I could think to call it. thanks for the comment! :-)

  • @KellyCureAll Excellent job filming your new recycling collection. The blue "bin" as you are calling it, is typically referred to as a "cart." In this case, it looks like the city has issued everyone 65 gallon carts with an option to swap it out for a larger 95 gallon or smaller 35 gallon cart, depending on the needs of the resident. The "grapple arm" you are referring to is typically referred to as a "cart tipper." Hope this helps. =)

  • @FormerWMDriver Cool, I am so happy that you are willing to share this terminology! It is hard to look that kind of information up on the web, you kind of have to have experience with it. I am going to change my descripyion so that it is more accurate. Thank you so much! :0)

  • Yeah, I like it! :-)

  • was this a company WM bought out? BTW great video

  • Great video!

  • Check out the new "Garbage Truck" & "Recycling Truck" Apps for iPhone/iPad!

  • @KellyCureAll It's no problem, I'm glad I could help. If you get bored and want to learn more about garbage trucks in general, I have a "Types of Garbage Trucks" video on here that describes/shows the different types of trucks used in the industry... but it is 10 mins long (so it eats some time).

  • where was the WM trucks cause those were not WM or grapple WM trucks are green and yellow
