You are right to stock up and be ready for what ever comes but you are dead wrong on the terrorist bit, how can you be so smart and yet be so blind at the same time. Our own government is the only terrorist that can do us any harm to us. We dropped over 100 MILLION tones of bombs on foreign lands murdering over 16 MILLION civilians attacking over 70 countries. I found this info. In Congressional records. That is the definition of terrorism. We murder these people to steal their resources.

I'd rather just stock up on a few crates of ammo. Standardize all ammo and weapons. In a shtf situation I can just muster all the men in my household, create a mini militia, and "requisition" any supplies we might need from our generous neighbors.
