Yes, you can still use iTunes after jailbreaking. Yes, you can also still update from Apple, but will need to re-jailbreak after you do so. Never upgrade before you are certain you can jailbreak again after the update.

Do you have to Jailbreak the Ipod Touch to enable that GPS module?

If you jailbreak an Ipod Touch can you still use iTunes? Can you still update your iPod from Apple?

Will Apple issue updates that will reset an iPod that has been been "jailbroken" ?
