Virago 125 and 250 area almost identical. There are couple differences in engine displacement, but looking from outside, they are the same.
Gearbox has different ratio, crankshaft movement varies and jet sizes in carbs are different
Also sprocket ratio is different :
16 front, 45 rear -for XV 250
13 front ,47 rear -for XvV125
Besides those things, evrything else is totally identical.
