Cop doesnt like me filming him

Well I think its illegal to film a cop in secret, im not sure but I think he saw me.

Your dealing with copyright law when you film. In Canada the photographer can take pictures of anyone in any public place or public event without needing or asking their permission. If the cop was to pay you (Contract) for the photo or in this case video then he would own the image or video. That's the way it works here in Canada, Don't know where you are but if it's the same the cop has no right. He can ask but you don't have to do it.

@lilkid88 I think you misunderstood my comment, I am total agreement with you, I am a photographer, and have had a few run-ins with police, and have had to defend my right, every time, I have come out without being arrested, thank god, but I am prepared to be arrested standing up for my rights if need be.
