The issue here is to know whether Jesus Die on a Cross or a Stake?

Constantine, kahn stan tine, I, The Great (272-337) was a Roman emperor whose full name was Flavius Valerius Aurelius Constantius. He was son of one of the emperors of the West Roman Empire. Young Constantine was an able soldier and administrator, and when his father died in 306, he was proclaimed emperor by his own and his father's troops. But Constantine had a number of rivals. He defeated his strongest rival, Maxentius, at the famous battle of Milvian Bridge in 312. According to legend, he saw a vision of the Christian cross before the battle. Written on the cross was, "By this sign thou shalt conquer." The cross became Constantine's battle symbol, and the Christians began to receive favored treatment among religions in the empire. Constantine himself was not baptized until shortly before he died. As the Christian church grew in power and numbers, disputes arose. One of the most serious disputes was over the question of the Trinity. This dispute threatened to split the church. Constantine called a council of churchmen at Nicaea in Asia Minor in 325. The Nicene Creed came out of this council.

The cross was widely known in pre-Christian times. Indeed, it was a well known heathen sign. The Egyptian god of light, Horus had the cross on his vestments. Rassam found buildings at Nineveh marked with the Maltese cross. Osiris as well as Jupiter Ammon, had for a monogram a cross. The cross is found on the Phoenician monuments at an early date.

The Cadeceus, used as a symbol of the medical profession, was an outgrowth of the Tau cross. The Tau cross was inscribed on the forhead of every person admitted into the mysteries of Mithras. From 1400 BCE and to 400 AD, the Persians, the Romans, and the Greeks worshipped the god Mithras.

We can see a parallel with the Scripture in Revelation 13:16, "And he caused all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond to recieve a mark in their right hand or in their foreheads: (verse 17) And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name." This Beast system is soon to come aliveor the deadly wound is being healed.

The historians wrote many facts about the cross and its beginning. We, as righteous watchman of Yahweh should be able to see what will be part of the "Mark of the Beast". Yahweh has revealed this revelation to but a small group of believers.

  • I accepted this video as a Video Response because they did great searches and they say lots of truth, but you still need to discern what you think biblical. For example I understand that on the old testament, the day of the Lord was set on Saturday and was changed by Constantine the pagan. Yet, the Bible says: 1 Timothy 2:8: We should worship God everywhere - 2 Peter 3:1: We should be ready all the time: Our body is the Temple of God:1 Corinthians 6:19; thus every day is the day of the Lord.

  • @ApostasyRestoration

Thanks, not many people understand it.

  • Good job, the mark of the beast is the cross or Tau.
