The Gadhi Mai Speech

This is what Palden Dorje is saying as far as we can tell.
A slight change in the meaning is noted...he is saying that the Ariyas, the "noble ones" - not necessarily Hindu, have always given us the right morals and practices, but that we have poisoned them because of greed.
We don't think the translation is perfect yet, and we welcome any comments from khenpos, lamas or professional Nepali translators. Palden Dorje is addressing the Indian and Hindu population which is why he qualifies his statements towards the Arya regarding Gadhi Mai, but it would be safe to say that this is also a message to all religions and populations throughout the world, including McDonalds and KFC :) The beef and chicken industry is one of the major contributors to ecological demise and a variety of diseases. We reap our own consequences. By living consciously, each one of us can contribute to a better future.
