Very interesting. I do wonder how the massive change in social norms regarding management of the advertising "conversations" on these message boards will play out. I think the management style of a brand's message board will match its brand image. There's most likely going to be a greater call from users of, for instance, young, hip, grassrootsy brands to promote a full, free conversation than we'll see with users of big name, death-star brands.
