As climate change negotiations mount in Bonn Germany some members of the civil society are of the opinioin that the sciences have gone missing in the talks. Jean-Pascal van Persele climate Scientist in a press briefing also say that research show that emissions from human activities are still increasing,yet the IPCC has no stand on1.5 degrees celciusof small island states.
