I'm very sorry for the loss of your beautiful boy. I lost my newfie, Lilly, a year ago today to SAS and I understand what you must be going through. My thoughts go out to you and Benny.

Thank you for your tribute to Benny. He was an exact duplicate to my beloved Buster, who I recently lost (seizure disorder) at a young age. I only had a one picture of my 'little guy' & the rest were memories-thank you, again. RIP Buster and Benny, you are still loved.

They ARE truly amazing animals. We lost our newf in January at the age of 6....way too young! I made him a tribute also on you tube...search for "sambuca bear" to see it. After months of heartache we knew we could never replace our sambuca but we did get another. "Spirit of Sambuca" or spirit as we call him has filled a huge void.

We just lost our Sweet Boy this June and I know how devastating it is. I love the video you made, so beautiful! I just made one for our Jojo. Take care and know you will be together again.

Your dog is so beautiful,we can see he had a happy life with you.Benny is in heaven now, with other doggies.I had a spiritual experience with my dog when he died,and I can tell you there is a heaven for them too,dogs are god's creatures.They are our little angels on earth.

Made me cry....I lost my wonderful newf on January 22nd. He was only 5-1/2 years young. His name was Sambuca Bear and I also did a video for him. It helps, I know. Mine is also on you tube just search for Sambuca Bear. My thoughts are with you.

Hi-I love your video and it has made me cry everytime I've watched it. I have a 6 year old Newf and the thought of losing Miss Kleo Michelle is a thought that I can't deal with. I wanted you to know that I do feel your pain, and I totally understand. I really don't think I will be able to live with out my Newf when she dies--I love Benny, and I'm sorry for your loss.

This brought tears to my eyes. I just lost my Newfoundland/lab mix 2 weeks ago today. I got him from the pound about 5 years ago. I just fell in love with him, he had the sweetest personality. He danced around when he knew he was going for a walk. When I would work in the kitchen he would wouldn't even take his eyes off me. I miss him terribly.

It's hard to lose any dog. Harder to lose a Newf, and harder still to lose a Newf at a young age. I cannot watch this without my eyes filling with tears for my lovely young boys, Attila and Rafferty, and for your beautiful Benny. My heart goes out to you.

What a heartbreaking and beautiful video. I lost my first Newfie unexpectedly when he was young, and I never got over it. I now have a 2 year-old male and a 4 month-old female. Even though they will never be able to replace my first guy, they are both so very special in their own way that I now can not imagine my life without them. Please accept my deepest sympathy for your loss. Thank you for sharing this beautiful tribute to Benny.

Thank you so much for the nice comments. I lost Benny 1 week before his 3rd Birthday. He was my first and only Newfy. I have German Shepherds and Australian Shepherds, still do. But, my whole life I dreamed of being owned by a newf. Benny was that dream dog, and I hope someday soon I will have another. I just can't get over him. He touched a place in my heart, no other has ever reached.
