Well, since the update that come out early July, its been fixed for me.  Hope no one else is still suffering.

Steam has response to me with a solution!!! Read this:

Hello ****, Thank you for contacting Steam Support. Please try the following: 1.Click on Windows START > RUN > type regedit and press enter 2. Search for the following file: \HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\VA­LVE Please delete this file in your registry. Please start Steam again and start the game.

@MandosMady I did that and no fix. All it did was delete all of my settings.

yeah i bought my copy of CSS(my first valve game) at a game stop. plus i live in VA, i used to play it alot, but then came the beta, tried the beta, then it officially cames out. now they're censored. so distracted by the automated script to make the "non"-ragdolls lie down. ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and nope. ive tried the console commands, and Nada. ive emailed them, and no answer so far. so ive just writtten a bug form. WHAT THE HELL HAS THE so-called"HIDDEN PATH STUDIOS" DONE!

@MrSherona the ragdolls are the same but you need to type a few things in the console.

this should not be like that in amerika. In europe it is like that, but they can fix it with those commands:

Just in germany you cant fix it with that. You come from germany, or it is a bug.
