There have been issues with hard drive failures related to the 2730p. I would not blame this model for these types of problems. Hard drives in this very small form factor are simply more prone to failure.

If you exclude hard drive problems, have you had any other problems? Overall my 2730p has held up better than the other tablets I've owned and used.

I have this tablet, and I find it really surprising that you called this computer rugged. It is far from rugged and probably one of the worst tablets computers I have used.

My hard drive had to be replaced because I put down my computer the wrong way, unless I magically dropped it, I always put my computer down properly.

Yes it is light weight and very simple to use, but I have had tons of problems with it crashing and BSoDing every two days or so.
