Wow - where to start...first, cockatoos get over excited and should not be handled or told to "get him" to incite him more. Also, few birds accept a wagging finger on the opposite side of the cage as petting. To a viewer it looks as though you're taunting him and he's trying to let you know to stop it. You need to pay attention to the bird's body language and not be concerned with what he may be saying. Practice taking him out to a perch before sticking a camera in his face and taunting him
