Is your personality the result of opiate withdrawl?
If so, maybe you should consider switching those pain killers for cannabis , I hear it has pain killing effects too.. might also fix that awful personality and anger issues too. However it may increase your anixety and social interaction issues.
Personally I'd recommend facing your fears, coming out of the closet, and letting go of all the shit things ppl have done to you throughout your life. BEEN THERE DONE THAT SOLD THE T-SHIRTS
