  • That is a strategy as well, but I am not folding this boat in low limit play. If I lose boat over boat, so be it. But since I am committing to this hand, I would be losing value chips here if I don't get his full stack if he just calls a 1500 chip raise. Thanks for the response, your play is acceptable...

  • I think there was alot of ways u could of played that hand. You could of bet on flop even or bet on the turn. He's not gonig anywhere with AJ. You get more value in the pot by betting on the earlier streets. Checking all the way down to the river will win u small pots more often than not. Just my opionon.

  • just adding to that last one (I couldnt fit it all in) even if everyone folds and u take down the pot at least know one sees ur hand and u give away no information. Anyway that guy with the AJ should be raising preflop there to protect his hand and try and get some information about how good his hand is, theres no way the A2 can call a pre flop raise and he would have won the pot and not lost hid whole stack

  • I would have bet the AJ at some point before the river for information. Once you are faced with a huge check raise on the river, what do you do? You are forced to fold or call a huge bet with a very marginal hand.

  • Why Would He Call that with a possible Straight on board as well as a Full Boat?

I think you should bet the Flop turn River etc Marty you get Much More Value that way

  • I would have bet right out on the flop hoping to get called by slow played middle to big pairs which people sometimes limp with on the button later on hoping to trap.

  • I agree with the report like he said he was willing to lose in the very unlikely event that his full house was losing, given that there was no pre flop raise and no action after the flop, if someone did have an A then they were obviously slow playing as well, and therefore would call thinking u were bluffing thinking there A was good.

  • guess he was playing soft hoping to trap a small stack with top pair. I don't mind slowplaing AJ as a chip leader in a sng.

  • Why would he not Bet pre flop with Aj with 4 people left? oh well..Nice Hand

  • Great U2 song. Love the help!!!
