good to see you everpudlians like my idea. face facts. big two in the north west are man utd and man city. by creating liverton fc can you stop the slide to irrelevance. i see you together playing at stanley stadium in home colours of barca type strip, red and blue, and all white away strip with blue and red trim. imagine the competition to get into the first team if you have two separate U18 sides liverpool and everton; these lads would kick lumps out of each other to graduate to first team.

liverpool and everton need to merge to form one superclub with double the fan base and a brand new 100,000 all seater stadium. then we can compete with barca, madrid and the elite of world soccer. new club name everpool or liverton. colors can be blue and red. the new club could keep two separate u18 teams called liverpool and everton, for the sake of history, who would keep on playing in the traditional colours. then supporters could follow the youth and watch them graduate into the new team.
