Well, WoW was specifically designed for the masses (retards), MO was designed with real PC gamers in mind.

Yes, some aspects of the combat are too slow, and done very poorly, but at least its superior to a lot of MMO's.

They know what features would make a good MMO, but Mortal Online is a failure when it comes to making a great MMO. It's still more worth playing than anything else.
