A little discussion on the importance of making good, acceptable affidavits to enforce your rights in court. Read the rules of evidence in your state and find the codes to use against them. Without getting your truth into evidence you cannot win. Your affidavit becomes the only facts [that aren't hearsay] entered into evidence once you testify to it in court.

@jurismydicktion It, is actually sued out in the name of "the People" , whoever they are as no man/woman ever puts an affidavit of injury forth for prosecution and all partys [judge, DA, and Pub Def] are paid by the Plaintiff.

vi) You can only do a private settlement without taking any public benefits.

vii) You cannot mix both the public and private process.

viii) One must respond to every offer and stay in honor, both public and private offers.

ix) The private process settles the matter. The public process ratifies or witnesses the settlement.

x) An enemy of the public has no remedy for settlement.

@DorothyGaleOZ benefit is free or it's not a benefit. 7.agreed a fictional entity [public] can't communicate with a private entity [flesh] but as for process there is no fictional process as fictions can't act. 8. Only offers that have merit need be responded to. Only offers where one party with a true bill or without evidence of a claim but can physically harm you need to be responded to. 9. I was in court last month, and the Judge straight out told everyone that everything was merely an offer. I smiled very big and watched everyone accept the offers left and right, after being told they were offers.
