Just noticed this the other day. Watch her eyes closely at 00:10 and 00:14.

This was a stressful question for her, because she obviously has no idea what the Bush Doctrine is, and she had to stall long enough to figure out what Gibson was saying and come up with a bullshit non-response.

Is it just me or did her secondary eyelids blink uncontrollably?
