How absurd it is to think that sacrificing tens of thousands of chickens could satisfy something for which God had to sacrifice His own son.

What the reporter failed to mention is that the chickens are crammed into crates so small that they can't stand up or spread their wings. And, to make matters worse, they're deprived of water and food for up to 48 hours. When they finally are yanked out of their crates by their fragile wings, they often tossed around with no regard for their fragility. Then, they're slaughtered. This is not animal abuse; it's animal torture.
