It took me a lot of takes for me to sing this smoothly without any emotional distress. So, if you notice some waterworks as you watch the video, just excuse my sincerity, I couldn't help but bare my soul while I was singing this song. When I was recording this, I kept on thinking about the house I'm living in, am I able to call it a "home"?

When I watched Glee's season 1 episode 16, it really struck me when I heard Chris sing this song. I cried like a baby while the song kept on. It reminded me of something.

Relationships these days don't last long. Love fades over time, and only respect for a human being remains. Mistakes were made, but nothing ever changes when you're not willing to correct those mistakes. We're living in this house that I can never call home.
