I shot this on my first day of vacation in Galesburg, Il. It is early evening as it Has taken me 16 hours to get there from Fayetteville, NC. I am feeling a little disoriented from the long drive. But this was a good stop. Not much to this video but this engine is labeled remote control. I couldn't tell if anybody was in the cab anyway.

  • @railman2015 But if there was no crew in the cab, how would they know that he was on the platform?

  • @Alwaystrains from the remote control panel they can still honk

  • @Alwaystrains Well, the unit probably blew it's horn for arriving at the nearby station platform!

  • Someone was in it! If it was remotely controlled, the yellow beacon on top would of been flashing!

  • Someone had to be in the cab. If the cab had nobody in it, then it wouldn't have honked the horn at you @1:07.
