1st Choose A Background it Can Be White or Whatever You Want
2nd Type The Text You Want
3rd i Used A Drop Shadow You Dont Have To it Just Makes it Look Better
4th Select Lighting Effects Choose A Color And You Can Move The Blue Dot On The Text To Different Points For Different Angles Use The Directional or For Just One Letter Use The Point Then Apply And Save Image

Sorry My Cursor Disappears For Some Reason Half Way Thru
