uhm x-3= 0 x =3? yes (x+3) is still there which makes x = -3
-
At about 4:00, Since (x-3) cancels out, isn't -3 removable? Because (x+3) is still in the problem..

at 0:49 why did you plug in 1 for x > 1 because shouldn't it be a value that is greater than 1?

The limit is coming from the positive side, so I use the second equation to find the limit.
