Chinese New Year 2011 Feb 6 Liverpool Fire Crackers Dragons Berry Street St Georges Square Nelson Street

The dragons are blessing certain chinese restaurants and businesses it is considered a lucky blessing if the dragon eats the lettuce.

This was a really nice day and this was the first time I have had chance to actually go to the festival, usually I just see the red tape from all the crackers on the roads for the next few weeks, and wish I would have seen it!

I wanted yo go but had boked overtime from 9am-12pm and so by the time I got back in town I had missed it.
