  • how steep can you use it like im going to be working on a steep roof and its going to suck and is it osha improved

  • @a56b2 I,ve used the machine on an 8/12 but your going to be most comfortable on a 7/12 and below. If the pitch is 4/12 or less you can go across horizontally.

  • looks grate i need one my self. but does it get the nails or staples at the same time. how about 2 or 3 layers. lot to ask such a small space

  • @a56b2 Practically every fastener is removed, look how clean the surface is behind the machine. I've taken a 5 layer on yellow pine with this tool. The more layers the more you appreciate the labor savings.

  • @Jtsutcliffe. "Cornflakes"hahahahaaa ,good one

  • Bud, I could take a 6 foot wide section with a shovel and be waiting at the bottom cleaning gutters by the time you got that on the roof~!

  • Great tool !

  • if you set the air gauge your gun right, you will know when you shoot through, even if u miss, there is no blow through and you renail just above them into the board above. Its a called having integrity with a gun.

  • looks like you lose too much time for clean up, we run 4-5 guys with rippers and 1 throwing garbage, we rip and pile. Our crew of six starts around 7 am, and have will have a standard 60 bundle 4/12 bungalow preped and lined by 9:30- 10. Off site by 12-1 pm, site cleaned. Also we hand nail, dont trust air nailers, miss boards too often

  • I would of only used something like this if the shingles are in really bad shape (coming off like cornflakes) otherwise, all your doing is making a mess thats going to all day to clean up.

  • @057foz ya really eh

  • ya but that mess is intense i can rip a roof pretty fast with only 2 pitch forks one in each hand and just run down the roof while someones throwing your garbage

  • now if only you could have a machine to pick it all up
