I like what we use now, but enjoyed this intro, too, especially the instrumental after the "chant" part. Any idea what song this is? I know the current one is from Pirates of the Carribbean. (2004 reminds me slightly of the theme in Air Force One, but that's not it.)

it brings back mermories for sure, i remember thats when i first started getting into baseball 04 i was in 4th grade now 08 (obvisoley im in 8th grade) and i remember the exorsis crap with the players scared me LOL. I love the 05-07 version now tho. it ROCKS GO SOX! thanks for the upload.

They played it in 04. You can actually hear the first second of it just before the video ends.

Did they play "Thunder Struck" in 2004. If I remember, they did. Not sure, however. Thanks!!! Oh, by the way, GREAT video. Brings back memories.

I love this video, but I prefer the one they started to use in 2005. They've just modified that one for each of the past 2 years and they improve it each time. I love the 2007 one the best.
