Entertainment reporter profiles the film adaptation of the hit Broadway musical, Rent... and chats with the film's stars. This story features many musical numbers from the film... as well as unique, funny and poignant "behind the scenes" anecdotes from the stars - several of whom were in the original stage production.
This story was written and produced by Tim Estiloz. It originally aired on the TV entertainment program, Backstage - seen on CN8 The Comcast Network.

First off, WILL I? always makes me cry like you wouldn't believe. I have been through a lot and that song hits a nerve in me.

HI - hope you enjoyed the story a little. Again... we only get a few minute to interview the stars ( see reply below ) ... and during my 4-minutes... Idina and Tracie were "talked out" after 4 hours of interviews... so, they had very little to say.

I love the lasanga song; however, I wish they would have tolaked to Wilson more. He always seems so quite in the interviews, or just never talked to. But thanks for posting, it was fun to watch, and their song just made my day. If you all want to hear the whole thing Jesse sings it on part two of Tony Danza (I think that is how you spell it. Hehe) show. It is pretty funny. Thanks again for posting!

Sorry I couldn't include everyone that everyone wanted interviewed... but, they only give us 4-minutes ONLY to interview these folks... and not everyone of the stars spoke a lot during that 4-minutes we each get.

I did interview Idina... but, the story time for TV only allows so much content. I could not fit her in... regrettably.
