Raven, then, kissed Starfire and planted Trigon's seed into her. But Evil Raven did not know that she actually planted the good soul of Raven into Starfire.

Actually, in the original comics they almost got married, but they weren't really getting along and it was more of an attempt to hold together their relationship...anyway, I don't feel like getting into the details, but there was some Trigon shit and they decided to break it off and not too much long Nightwing left the Titans... (shitty explaination)
