IGN best and worst Batman villains

In this video I give you the list of Batman bottom 5 villains and top 10 villains as it was listed by IGN.com (by Hilary Goldstein). I do not agree completely with this list, so you are welcome to put your list of batman worst and top villains, pales post a comment and I hop you will like it.
