Being a star wars fan I remember playing age of empires many years ago and thinking how they could make a star wars version with the same engine/gameplay. And they did!!
It's a good game in moderation though as all the bleeps and blurps for the slightly poor sound effects get annoying and the overall gameplay isn't what I call really satisfactory but it's still fun. For me though AoE is still the better game. In fact I still find it the best game!

I STILL love this game, classic. Although I think I have some expansion for it, the menus look a little different and some new units added.
