Sorry I don't know if you got my previous messages. But I do have a cure for you and it is using plants but they are dried. Next best thing to live. You could probably find the plants live and eat them raw if you like but it is pretty hard to gather the plants on a daily basis unless you live in a forest. Just ask I will tell you.

Looks like a good variation. I will try it with the pepper and also maybe a clove of garlic. If you grow kale in your yard you can eat the buds--they taste just like broccoli.

I love kale juice when mixed with apple juice. It's one of the most refreshing things. However I really don't like to eat raw kale. Too rubbery! Steam it for a couple minutes (it turns bright green) and drizzle whatever oil and herbs/spices, sooo tasty and it's more nutritious too!

Nice, looks good the way you made it actually. Alissa Cohen has the same recipe in her book ( I guess from Jennifer Cornbleet ) but I didnt have any avo's... so it tasted quite bland and bitter. The over-ripened tomatoes didn't help much either...
