Ticket inspector doesn't leave parking ticket on my car

An interesting run in with a parking meter inspector.

What I should have said is the following:

"I do not wish to do business with you but if you force your will upon me (a forced contract is not legal nor binding) then I cannot be compelled to perform against my wishes & without my consent. You will be liable according to the penalty ascibed on the notice" Full stop = I've done my job

When she started taking photos, I should have said:
"You are taking my property. I cannot stop you but I am entitled to be paid as you have my property & I am entitled to consideration. If you want to take a photo, fine, but I will need $10,000 per photo. Do we have a deal? If yes, get your cheque book. If no, don't take any photos. Is that clear? After all the world operates under contract law does it not?"

A) she doesn't need to put the ticket on the car, you will get it sent out to you. WTF!!!! That is her job. you were parked in a meter zone. you did not pay the meter the appropriate amount. how could this 'contract' hold in a court of law without the ladies agreement on paper???? ( no verbal agreement either)
