As many of you know I've instituted my 1234 system into the CHEK Programs as well as my PPS Program. The system is very easy: There is only 1 LOVE, 2 Forces to Balance in the universe (Yin and Yang), 3 Choices you can make at any time (Optimal, Suboptimal and do NOTHING at all) and lastly, there are 4 Doctors (Dr Happiness, Dr Quiet, Dr Movement and Dr Diet) to help you create your dreams! I think anyone who watches this should wonder what this is about and it should bring them alive to question it in an adventurous way - how could anyone judge something they know nothing about? That's kind of the definition of ignorance and just stops them from learning. I don't fully understand this yet but I know Pauls work is great and that it will have great meaning - I'm going to LEARN what this is about and grow.
