This is Jen Ford's short essay on her experience in a program in her High School: PlayFair Teams. Jen is a young woman, a recent graduate in Toronto, who is committed to assisting other schools to create "PlayFair Teams" as an approach to reducing bullying, diminishing discrimination, and increasing the sense of 'community' and friendship that can evolve when ALL students are given the opportunity to learn together.
