My advice on this boss when he has a sword and sneaks up or charges you is to use the spin attack.

Lord Ghirahim is so awesome! Yet he completely terrifies me o.o Much more than the next boss in the second temple. (I haven't finished the game so please don't spoil anything)

Ghirahim is an awesome nemesis, but his clothes suck! I hope he's on the next Super Smash Brothers, that would be epic!

when he charges at you swing your sword like crazy thats an easy way to defeat and he doesnt like to be trap in the corner so watch out when teleport and lock on him much easier and great vid helps a lot when im lost sometime

nick when he runs at you move to the side and swing the sword and you will get him. but great walktrough you should lets play ocarina of time

This fight proves that Ghirahim was just toying with you and also several things: the Goddess Sword is indeed not the Master Sword since Ghirahim could wield it but then again also...nah I won't spoil it for the people who don't know.
