I added the chords in the info section if this will help any. As for the lead, Freddie would have to tab that as I don't have a clue. I write the songs on an acoustic, and then give them to the band and you never know what you will get back. Freddie's leads are always killer, I'll post a link to his youtube site as well.

My next door neighbor just so happened to be OFF from VA Tech school that day. So, not only is this "THE BEST" song I`ve heard ever , but one that has special meaning also! Not counting you being my bro!
