And, I do this all the time with friends... but yes if you do suck enough helium.. its like being choked..to death. Luckily that didnt happen to me. It's so funny to do with friends after a long day xD just laugh away any troubles :P

And yes inhaling excessive amts. Of he is dangerous, it will remove o2 from the bloodstream, as well as inhibit the lungs from extracting o2 from each breath. But the amt. That they're doing looks to be acceptable. If you felt light headed you would probably stop and no ill effects would ensue
