Serbian migrations to Croatian territories then still part of Austro-Hungarian Empire started in 1630's when they fled the Turkish occupied Serbia and increased dramatically in 1690's.

As for Franjo Tudman re-introducing the Croatian "Nazi/Fascist/Ustashe" checkerboard symbol from WW2 as stated by Parenti, it should be noted that the first time Croatian red and white checkerboard symbol was recorded to have been used was on the tower of Innsbruck in 1499.

I am Macedonian. I only can have tears in my eyes when I see what happened to beautyfull Jugoslavia. We all had everything we needed, and now no Macedonian, Serbian, Croatian etc has anything left. Together we worked as a diesel engine. Smooth and powerfull. Now we are all broken parts of that engine. The part I cant't believe is how on earth we accepted to kill eachother. America is the biggest terrorists on this world, even killing their own people on9/11 to have an excuse for war.

YUGOSLAV constitution says: states may leave Union if all others agree, USA and the gang supported separatism of Slovenia and Croatia and wanted their parliments to decleare independence no matter what. They did that and this is MAJOR reason for WAR. USA is an EMPIRE.
