Of course it does. The MacBook Air was designed to use multi-touch out of the box!

@Nevseremos1 it is impossible, earlier MBP were not equipped with multi-touch capable trackpad.

@Nevseremos1 My mac 1,1 was made in 2006, with an Intel procesor. So ?

(My early Macbook Pro 1,1 are with Dual Core Duo procesor.)

Is that a MacBookPro2,1? I have one and it looks the same and also has Core2Duo and 2GB of RAM.
You say Apple included this hack, but I don't see multitouch in my trackpad prefpane.
Is it possible to do this hack on it?
I have OSX Lion, but I can reboot to Snow Leopard and Tiger as well :)
Please reply

@app0the
This 'hack' is used for old MBP with Intel Penryn processor. I think they would be MBP 4,1. This is the last gen of old MBP design before Apple switch to Unibody design
MBP 2,1 may used Santa Rosa platform or older one.

will the hack work on snow leopard?

you dont have to do the 'hack' on Snow since Apple has included the 'hack' in Snow. Their actions may due to these simple and popular 'hack'
