@sc1592 Ridiculous. God gave those commands against homosexuality in the old testament and in the new. He also destroyed whole cities because of it. You're just trying to defend your own horrible behavior. I'm not judging either. I'm stating my informed opinion from what I have read that you have written.

@SeanChapin1 You challenge the Bible and you believe it has inconsistencies. I believe you and I serve two different beings. I serve the God of the Bible, the God whose love was unconditional in that He died for everyone but whose Word is not unconditional and does not contradict. I believe you serve someone you believe loves you and allows homosexuality. It is your choice to serve that being. What I want you to know is that who and what you serve is not the same as who I serve.

@Tokyodragonxx i think it's important to remember that when God gave those commands, the population was about 1,000. the community literally couldn't survive if every couple didn't have children.

i agree with u on most of that but what about the hermaphradites the bible didnt really say anything about that did it and thats a serious issue that falls into play now i could be wrong about this i dont know but if a she-male has sex with a regular girl does it count as lesbian sex or is it regular cause if u think about it the hermaphradite is still a girl but shes also got guy parts so u got to wonder cause the bible never mentioned about that which gets me confused sometimes

@Tokyodragonxx Ahh, but it is not God who has written the bible. It is the people who think they know him wich made them conclude they knew the laws of our religious world. God loves everyone, straight, gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgendered, etc. God knows all but not all know God. God is a loving forgiving lord who accepts us all for the person we are inside. God accepts everone, just as many people accept him. :)

Either they mkein u feel lyke ur not worth anything,r they always "Preaching an judgeing". I can honestly say this is Not easy, its a female whom I love an mke me feel that special way. @TheRealTaylorTv someone posted a comment saying that he/she learned about this video from Totus Tuus Ministries. I looked up their website and learned that they described homosexuality as "disordered behavior" and a "mess". As an openly-gay man, I came out and defended myself in a response comment. An argument ensued from there. Otherwise, the song is about spirituality and "sitting in the question" in the face of everyday routine activities.

Where in the Bible does it say tht homosexuality is wrong? I'll show you.
Lev. 18:22 - "Do not lie with a man as one lies with a woman; that is detestable."
Lev. 20:13- "If a man lies with a man as one lies with a woman, both of them have done what is detestable...”
1 Cor. 6:9-10. & more.U see, the Bible speaks out against homosexuality. There's a reason that 2 humans of the same sex can't reproduce; it wasn't meant to be. But, I'm not judging anyone. Just pointing it out.

@Tokyodragonxx, I then challenge the Bible as a perfect representation of what I believe is the unconditional love that Christianity strives to emulate, and I do so considering numerous inconsistencies between certain Bible verses and what is practiced today, including working on Sunday, wearing glasses, treating women equally and abolishing slavery. And what I challenge you to better understand is how homosexuality benefits society by its very nature, and my news to you is that it does indeed.
