a clip of my movement disorder (myoclonus) while walking. This video was taken the same day as the video of me sitting on the couch. It was several weeks before my fourth and most recent surgery. At this point the jerks were becoming debilitating and I was having trouble walking at this point.

  • How is she doing now I wonder?

  • @OrisLover , I'm doing great. After a series of brain surgeries, my movements are fully controlled by medication. I am now a full time college student, and I really should be studying for my French exam that I have tomorrow. My life is pretty much normal now.

  • Interesting. It almost looks like an invisible person is hitting you or something.

  • I would call that a good description, because that's exactly what it feels like. If a big muscle spasms, it feels l like an impact, like someone's hitting me, only it doesn't hurt.

  • Thank you for posting these vids. I am sure you've helped many people by doing so. Good luck to you.

  • Thank you! My main goal is to increase awareness of movement disorders, which I think is important. But can my videos really help people in other ways? I am curious.

Jeez man, can you please put it in the pants for one day?

  • HI I have been diagnosed with focal distonia too induced by chloroquine... many doctors were unable to diagnose the condition since the twitching started in my head muscles... I am taking medications for it starting from today. has anyone experienced muscles in the head twitching? that is what bothers me the most because my head sort of becomes heavy because of that. Thnx
