Are you still going to upload the episodes of Black and White? I'd recommend after you've uploaded them, remove them after the weekend is over, and you can easily avoid copyright.

Got a strike? Deal with it. You have enough other accounts that one strike really doesn't matter. Upload eps, get strikes, switch to new accounts... rinse and repeat.
Because I really, really don't care about some guy playing a game and recording it.

@OfficialPokemonUSA Then you can always just upload the week's episode for a week, and then take it down when the next one airs. I doubt they're sufficiently on the ball to catch you, and even if they do, refer to my previous comment.
But hey, your channel, your call. That being said, I have to say that your vids are consistantly better quality, and as a Brit I enjoy being able to watch Pokémon to America's schedule.
