add 7 buttons
add 2 combo box
add 3 radio buttons

button1 name: back

button2 name: forward

button3 name: refresh

button4 name: stop

button5 name: home

button6 name: Go

button7 name: search

radiobutton1 name: Google

radiobutton2 name: Yahoo!

radiobutton3 name: Youtube
