In this daily dog training video, I am teaching my dog to bounce as he is heeling a long side of me and trying different toys and things to get the best result. I like all exercises to be spirited and the dog using his energy into the behavior.
Off leash control is acquired and maintained on this video by using the 'Sit Means Sit Collar' which can be found at http://www.sitmeanssit.com

@watchmoivies123 You train a dog TO do things with motivation. You train them what NOT to do with compulsion, such as shock collars. So yes, you can train this without a shock collar. But you probably won't be able to "proof" it (in other words, prevent the dog from running off and doing his own thing in a high distraction environment).

Can teach this with out one?
Thanks

Good training progress toward the finished product. Use of prey drive/ball reward instead of food reward, to get attention as you walk. My problem was how to convert from a bouncing for the ball into a real heel . Nice that you show an un-finished dog instead of a fully finished dog.

Yeah Fred!! I'm glad you learned how to do slow motion! I can't wait to see more slow motion videos. :-)

Interesting take on the heel command! Sounds like a great controlled energy release. I'll need to try it with my dog, she's a bouncer when a toy comes out.
Ain't technology grand, with all these newfangled computer thangs and them digital movie effects? :P
