this is east halls first home game of 09.... oh also... this is the first video i have edited using my new movie editing software.... leave a comment tellin me how the editing looks... (good or bad??)
Another thing. You know, it looks better if you wear actually uniforms while performing. It makes it look a lot more professional. I also like how you both checked out my myspace, which I haven't been on but maybe two or three times in the last year lol.
Also, I'm not necessarily downing them. Just offering some constructive criticism. Yes I do have a real job. A wonderful job in fact. Just because I look up videos on youtube doesn't make me a looser, jealous nor anything you both have said. If that were true, then I guess everyone on youtube is all the above.
@tylerdrummer2000 So what does it matter if I didn't graduated from East Hall? I am still a band alumni for the fact of I was in it from 6th grad til 10th. I'm not the best drummer but I have performed with several well known and popular north Georgia and Atlanta bands. Band doesn't make you a musician just so you know. Also, the reason they had their whole show on the field before us is because they are a shit load smaller than what it was back then. Don't believe me? Do some research.
@dhutchinson86@tylerdrummer2000 O yes let me tell you I am a looser. I dropped out of bad for these reasons. If I wanted a car and money I had to get a real job after school. Which meant no time for band. I lost interest in the band. Then, I went to night school to work full time during the day which I graduated in 2005 with honors. I'm not the smartest or the best musician, nor have I claimed to be. But I have been playing longer than probably any of you.
ya the reason why they been shrinking is because ALOT of them was droppin outta band in middle school because of the director... but now they have a way better director so i would expect the band to start growing back to what it used to be... hopefully...lol
HA - I was very critical of this "Cirque" show at first, but the kids loved it. Don't know what Cantrell was smoking when he thought of that one. I wish he would do another rock show - but its not "competitive" enought (apparently).
Its al good man. But I do know what im talking about. I was around. North Hall had to battle big bands and we were doing two shows a year when I was there. We were doing great stuff too.
@dhutchinson86 The shows that EH has played over the last few years have been incredibly difficult for them. When I was in the band - we rarely moved as much and played easier music - don't get me wrong we kicked butt but I think these kids today doing some great things. But, I just re-read my response to you and I didn't want to sound like a prick I just get irritated with folks who criticize these KIDS and have no idea what their talking about. I'm sorry for sounding like a stupid prick.
Regarding feeling bad for EH, they have been going through some growing pains (because of their size, they have to go and compete against some really big bands with way more resources), but they have been making strides each year to improve. Those kids work really hard.
O and one more thing slick. I wasn't in the band in 04
